TCT Nanotech is responsible for the scalable production of nanostructured materials for electrodes to be integrated into energy storage and conversion devices, which are essential for the energy transition through solutions that improve upon the current state of the art.

Transfer of preparative procedures to production scale

TCT Nanotech is currently involved in the project for the development of methods to scale up (1 kg) the synthesis of nanostructured materials starting from the laboratory scale. Subsequently, it will explore possible plant configurations for carrying out synthesis processes at a pilot scale (approximately 1–5 kg per batch). This will include the construction of a pilot batch production plant.

HTF COMPACT

HTF Compact is a breakthrough nanofluid which improves the heat transfer within hydronic systems. It rearranges the molecular structure of the fluid improving the heat transfer rate by leveraging metallic oxide nanoparticles suspended in solution.
